As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in retaining existing accounts, handling a high volume of incoming calls, and driving sales through proactive customer engagement.
Day to Day of the role:- Efficiently and accurately take and input orders, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Report technical faults on behalf of customers and handle complaints, queries, and order processing.
- Upsell products and introduce new lines to customers.
- Contact potential customers and arrange deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with account managers, assisting them in acquiring new business and administrative needs.
- Build relationships with weekly telesales customers, being their regular point of contact.
- Perform various administrative duties within the office, including confirmation, sorting the post, filing, and processing orders.
- Plan calls and target gaps in supply using relevant systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a clear and personable telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
- Ability to use the Trinity system.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good product knowledge and the ability to upsell.
