We’re looking for candidates who can follow our shift pattern of 40 Hours per week (Mon-Sun with x2 days off.

The training consists of 2 weeks in the classroom and on the calling floor. We like to do a mix of classroom and hands on learning to suit everyone’s learning style so you’re fully prepared. Once you’ve graduated from training you’ll be introduced to your new team and be fully immersed into our community.

What will I be doing?

· Providing outstanding customer service via inbound calls for BIG household brands

· Using all the great skills we’ve taught you, you’ll be having brilliant conversations, supporting customer queries, and talking about our fantastic products.

· Using your ‘can do’ attitude you’ll be looking at putting your customer first and providing great experiences every time.

Salary: £10.45-£11.47 per hour
