Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identification of potential lead sources
- Meaningful phone conversations with identified outcomes
- Adding contact details to Hubspot CRM
- Sending well-crafted emails
- Managing follow-up calls
- Recording of all activity in CRM
- Identifying projects that represent a potential sale opportunity
- Follow up of projects until ready to hand over to a salesperson or estimator
Requirements:
- Previous experience & training in telemarketing
- Used and be proficient in Microsoft apps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A confident, pleasant manner when speaking to customers on the phone
- Ability to touch-type
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Some previous commercial experience
- Been used to working to and meeting KPI targets
