Telesales Executive Part-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identification of potential lead sources
• Meaningful phone conversations with identified outcomes
• Adding contact details to Hubspot CRM
• Sending well-crafted emails
• Managing follow-up calls
• Recording of all activity in CRM
• Identifying projects that represent a potential sale opportunity
• Follow up of projects until ready to hand over to a salesperson or estimator

Requirements:

• Previous experience & training in telemarketing
• Used and be proficient in Microsoft apps
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A confident, pleasant manner when speaking to customers on the phone
• Ability to touch-type
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Some previous commercial experience
• Been used to working to and meeting KPI targets
