Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of the team, promoting, selling and engaging with well-informed and enthusiastic individuals interested in our products and services. Your primary focus will be on converting leads generated through our marketing initiatives into scheduled visits, seminar attendees, and participants in our pilot selections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make approximately 100+ calls a day to qualified leads, existing customers, and new inquiries.
- Follow up with emails to maintain relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, strictly adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Close new business opportunities.
What we need from you:
- You must be a target-driven with the determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A great telephone manner with the ability to confidently control conversations.
- Have an ambitious and competitive nature, enthusiastic about driving growth.
- Previous proven experience in phone sales in a results-driven environment.
- A positive attitude with resilience and a commitment to constant improvement.
- IT literate, preferably experienced in using CRM software.
