Our established pharmaceutical client based in Ashford is recruiting for an experienced Telesales Manager to join their existing team.

Our client is a privately owned pharmaceutical wholesaler with over 30 years of experience in delivering over-the-counter drugs, branded medicines, and medical devices working within the community pharmacy industry.

Role: Telesales Manager

Location: Ashford, Kent

Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Salary: GBP35000- GBP40,000

Benefits: Pension, Parking, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Private Heath Care.

Role Summary:

My client is looking for an inspirational Telesales Manager who will support and train new and existing desk-based sales teams to deliver on KPIs and targets. The successful candidate will need to have previous B2B Sales experience and a proven track record in coaching and developing others.

The Role:

  • The Telesales manager will be responsible for inspiring and coaching, through structured and motivational sales training, of systems (CRMS), products, and services, along with KPI monitoring
  • You will monitor calls and keep track of quality and handling times.
  • This role would suit a B2B sales team leader, Telesales Manager, sales trainer, or sales coach, with a track record of coaching a team for improved service levels and sales results.
  • The successful candidate will need to have proven ability to coach a sales team ( 5-10 people)
  • Developing and delivering sales training programs
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Telesales Management experience within pharmaceutical, wholesale, or food industries.

Suitable Candidate:

  • The successful candidate will need to have the ability to develop and deliver successful sales training programs
  • Proven ability to coach sales teams to success
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work closely with senior members of staff to identify which individuals require additional support and coaching
  • Analysing data to plan and optimize performance with individuals
  • Building fantastic colleague & stakeholder relationships
  • This role offers opportunities to develop within the business over time
