Remuneration: Up to £30,000neg + Team commission, OTE circa £45,000

The role of the Telesales Manager - Lighting Products will involve:
- Internal telesales management position selling a distributed range of LED and Induction lighting focused on reducing energy consumption, lighting costs and cutting carbon emissions
- Covering all sectors including: commercial, industrial, warehousing, automotive, food production, airports, manufacturing, leisure, offices, retail, local authorities, emergency
- Responsible for coaching & developing a team of 8 telesales operatives; achieving KPI’s and driving improvement across the team
- Review current processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Help develop and implement sales strategies to improve team performance
- Conduct regular 1-2-1’s and performance reviews for team members
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activity & team challenges
The ideal applicant will be a Telesales Manager - Lighting Products with:
- Must have management experience, successfully coaching & developing a team
- Must have previous telesales/outbound sales experience
- Open on industry experience however electrical/lighting would be beneficial
- Highly organised and capable
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- IT Savvy (Microsoft Office/CRM systems)
