Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a talented and motivated Telesales Specialist to join their newly created team.
As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our client's services and products through effective telephone communication. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing bespoke solutions tailored to their needs. You will also be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be comfortable engaging with customers over the phone, and possess the ability to articulate the features and benefits of our client's products and services. Previous experience in a telesales or outbound customer service role is required.
Our client offers a competitive salary range from £25,000 to £28,500 per year, depending on experience. In addition, a bonus structure is in place to reward your hard work and dedication.
