Temp EA needed for holiday days in May and June

We are currently looking for a temp EA to join a Finance firm located in Oxford Circus. An EA who is techsavvy and a strong typist is essential. This role requires flexibility to leave when the manager does and will be paying £32 hour. This will be for holiday, covering various days over the next few months.

The role

- Extensive calendar and diary management

- Answering and directing telephone calls

- Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments

- Providing general administrative support

- Preparing memos, letters, invoices, statements and other documents
