Our client is seeking a motivated, reliable and professional individual with strong admin, computer and interpersonal skills to work within their thriving business, You will be responsible for dealing with all queries via email and phone, scanning, ordering office supplies, uploading sales orders onto CRM system and organising home deliveries. You will sell stock to walk in customers, take notes in meetings and keep the office clean and tidy. You will also keep on top of emails and distribute emails. You will be available to start immediately on a temporary basis and be able to multi task and enjoy working in a busy and friendly office environment, The ideal candidate will be available to work in the office from Monday - Friday, preferably mornings but our client will consider 4 full days from Monday - Thursday.
