We are looking for Temp Receptionistsin Central London to cover sickness and holiday as well as ongoing temp positions. Most of our clients are finance companies such as Private Banks and Asset Management firms located in the West end. Typical hours are 8.30 - 5.30 paying £14 hour. Please apply if you have had some previous Reception experience and are reliable.
The role
- Meeting and greeting, transfer calls and take messages
- Manage meeting rooms
- Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Maintain front door security
- Arrange catering needs for the office
- Support with travel arrangements
