Join as an in-house Temp Recruitment Coordinator for a Major Brand.

This role is an integral member of recruitment and the wider people team. Accountable for contributing to an excellent resourcing and talent acquisition experience with inclusivity and employer brand at the fore front.

- Contribute to excellent resourcing and talent acquisition experiences

- Provide a top-notch candidate experience, ensuring all candidates leave with valuable feedback and a positive impression.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles up to Manager level, including kick-off meetings, campaign planning, headhunting, and offer negotiations.

- Partner with Hiring Managers, offering insight into the talent market and coaching on decisions.

- Handle recruitment administration, including offer paperwork, interview scheduling, and composing job adverts.

- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting candidates and coaching hiring managers.

- Collaborate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and media partners to attract top talent.

- Support Recruitment Lead on projects like new software and tools.

- Manage and liaise with stakeholders
