Temp To Perm Office Administrator / Data Entry Clerk

Our client an education charity based in East London is currently seeking an experienced Officer Administrator / Data Entry Clerk on a Temp to Perm contract. Reporting to the Centre Manager your duties will include extensive Data Entry of confidential information, record maintenance, meeting and greeting students, answering incoming calls, and secretarial duties including typing reports/ letters, and general administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, efficient administrator who possesses excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a busy office environment. Experience in using ProMonitor is preferred, but not essential. We are seeking applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years of administration/Data Entry experience ideally gained within the charity or education sector. This position is 5 days a week office based.
