I’m delighted to be working with this great business services provider who are going through a very exciting period. You will be supporting the Payroll Manager, a large HR team and employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the weekly and monthly payroll process and procedures for 1,500 employees. Your primary responsibilities will be to deliver a proactive, responsive, and quality-driven payroll service. The primary responsibility involves ensuring the accurate and timely payroll on ADP and iTrent, with a focus on processing starters and leavers.As part of the HR team, you will be an advocate for inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the Group’s Values.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Previous experience of running a successful payroll, benefits and some HR knowledge will be a great bonus too! The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and must pride themselves with accuracy and attention to detail.
