SalaryWe are looking for a Temp to Perm Receptionist to join a Law firm in the City. This is a temp position initially which could then turn into Permanent. The hours are 9.30 - 6.30 and will be paying 26-28k depending on experience.
The role
- Meeting and greeting clients / guests as the face of the organisation & escorting to meeting rooms
- Answering and transferring telephone calls
- Ensuring that no one enters the firm without identification
- Booking internal and external meetings via Outlook
- Booking DHL and Absolutely couriers
