Temporary 4 MOnth Contract (onsite)
Based: Renfrew
My client is a large manufacturing organisation based in the Renfrew area, they have an immediate required for an Administrator to support them on a temporary basis for 4 months to with a specific project.
You will support with the planning and coordination of training courses.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan the relevant training and ensure completion.
- Update the relevant systems to ensure training courses are being tracked and recorded.
- Ensure skills matrices are being updated and reviewed.
- Communicate with sites to understand availability for trainees.
- Work with external training providers to plan accordingly.
- Track spend per function and work within budget.
Experience required:
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent planing, prioritising and communication skills.
- Previous experience of working in a training &/or HR environment would be beneficial but not essential.
- Confident IT MS Office and ideally database skills.
