Are you available and seeking a temporary role to kick start the new year? Do you have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail?

If so, we are currently seeking two super friendly and organized individual to support a fun and dynamic team with admin and customer services tasks during a super busy period for them. The role will involve dealing with people face to face, over the phone and email so strong communication and organization skills are super important!

Our client is looking for two people to join them for 4 weeks between January and February. If you are available between January and February and can commit to a fun and busy temporary role, please apply today!

Job duties:

• Responding to queries via phone and email
• Supporting visitors and attendees with queries face to face
• Offering a polite and high quality service to customers and visitors
• Updating the database with any changes or information
• Performing data entry tasks, filing and assisting with general admin tasks
• Providing general support to the team

Requirements:

• A friendly and helpful approach for customers and visitors
• Ideally you will have experience within admin / customer service based roles
• You must be able to commit to working from 10th Jan to 7th Feb
