Temporary Administrator

Your new company
My client is a well-established service sector organisation with an excellent reputation as an employer in the local area. They are looking for a temporary Business Support Administrator to bridge the gap between permanent recruitment for up to 3 months.
Your new role

• Diary management for the houses
• Maintaining records and filing systems
• Creating well formatted documents and templates
• Processing of additional hours, mileage and expenses
• Managing communications such as phone calls, post and emails
• Scheduling of meetings and appointments
• Oversight of office inventory

What you\'ll need to succeed

• At least 6 months of recent Administration experience.
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
