We are seeking a diligent Fleet Administrator to join our team based in Avonmouth. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet over a period of approximately 2 months.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
Day-to-day of the role:- Monitoring and managing emails efficiently.
- Arranging vehicle hires and conducting license checks.
- Coordinating servicing and MOT bookings by sending out timely emails.
- Liaising with the internal insurance department as required.
- Accurately entering vehicle checks onto the system and addressing any defects reported.
- Managing the addition and removal of vehicles to the MID insurance database.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using email and data entry systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
