Berry recruitment are looking for a Temporary Caretaker to work for a client based in the NW9 area. This is a SPLIT SHIFT role, 6:30am-12:30pm and 4:30pm-8:00pm, with an hourly pay of £12. caretaking experience is preferable.
duties will include
Opening and closing gates
ensuring the premises is clean (cleaning duties include the maintenance of toilets, communal areas, doors etc)
making sure the parking area is clear
monitoring restrooms so see if products need replacing
engaging with tenants in a friendly and helpful manner
