SalarySearch Consultancy Glasgow are currently recruiting for Chefs to work with our clients within the Glasgow Area.
Duties
Contribute to menu planning Liaise with the sous chef and help the kitchen run smoothly Prepping and Cooking food and presenting high quality dishes Fast pace environment Full understanding of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene procedures up to level 2 Controlling food waste and stock control Basic understanding of butchery and breaking down of fresh produce
Please note you must already have a food and hygiene Level 2 certificate
Hours of work vary depending on each client - mix of full time and part time shifts available.
A PVG is not necessary but would be helpful in placing you in a wider range.
