We have registered an amazing opportunity with a dynamic and fast-growing international company. Working within this close-knit and supportive team, the successful candidate will be providing effective, accurate and efficient contract administrative support for a critical project, Full training will be given,

This is a 40 hour per week role. Sadly, their offices in Central Oxford have no available parking.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Contracts Administrator Responsibilities

• Adding signed contracts from Docusign to correct Sharepoint folder
• Noting critical details like data, parties and location
• Data inputting on Excel

Temporary Contracts Administrator Requirements

• Proven experience working in a legal or contracts administration position
• Exceptional eye for accuracy and detail
• Ability to maintain focus
• MS Office skills, in particular Excel
• A can-do attitude
• Knowledge of contracts or experience in a legal setting advantageous but nit essential

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Our client is based in Central Oxford (OX1). There is no on-site parking, however, there are fantastic transport links.
