We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service advisers to work in a busy contact centre based in Bolton Town Centre. You will be responsible for contacting patients to confirm they are able to attend their appointment and to update the booking system. Email out appointment information. Organise transport where required etc. Excellent verbal communication skills required and good It skills. You MUST be able to start work on the 28th February and able to commit for up to 4 weeks. The hours are between 8/4 9/5 or 10/6 - must be flexible.
