SalaryJob Title:Temporary Customer Service Executive - Fully Remote
Hourly Rate: £11.44 - £12.00 an hour+ Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 10:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Duration: 1 Month initially
Location: Fully Remote
In this role, you'll be calling GP Surgeries, Hospitals & Nursing Homes to book in their medical equipment repairs, vaccine fridge servicing and PAT testing of electrical items.
The establishments you are speaking with have all worked with the company in the last 12 months so please note this is not a cold calling position. The role will use your excellent Customer Service skills and helpful manner to book in annual tests.
You will then book in with the engineers and ensure all follow up paperwork is completed.
To be considered for this opportunity you will:
- Enjoy speaking with people and have excellent Customer Service skills
- Have a "quality over quantity" approach - Thorough conversations with the Healthcare providers
- Attention to detail for data entry on the system
- Be available immediately and able to commit to a minimum of 4 weeks
