Temporary Customer Service - Immediate Starts!

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based in Gloucester, with their search for multiple Customer Service Advisors to support during an exciting time!

No previous office experience is required, we are looking for candidates who have a passion for Customer Service and sales.

This role is a full time, Monday - Friday, on an ongoing temporary basis.

YOU WILL BE:

• Answering and responding to all incoming enquiries and offer advice and support to customers
• Supporting online bookings via the website, where required
• Ensuring that the database is kept up to date with all current customer details

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Able to work to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail

This role is paying £11.00 per hour, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm
