Contract: May to November
Salary: £12 to £14 p/h plus exclusive agency benefits.
May- September: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm
September-November: Rota to work some evenings (12pm-8pm) and some weekends
Responsibilities:
- Managing the historical backlog of tickets making sure that the end user is always communicated to throughout the life cycle
- Managing information and general administration support for the IT service management tool, keeping all records up to date
- Ensuring all incidents and service requests adhere to SLAs and are recorded accurately against KPIs
- Ensuring all completed tickets are closed to the satisfaction of the requestor
- User testing - performing testing exercises on the online platform and reporting back on performance
- Responsible for dealing with escalated matters and sensitively handling client/ customer issues to a resolution
- Handling customer/ client queries relating to the online user platform
Requirements
- Experience in a ticketing Customer Service role
- An interest/passion for sports is an advantage
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends from September
