SalaryOn behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Temporary Estate Operative to work at a large residential development in Isle of Dogs area, E14. You will be responsible for driving an electric tow truck therefore you must be a holder of the Electric Tow Truck license. Managing 30 bins and bin area and to ensure proper waste disposal and manage the cleanliness of the bin area, litter picking of the estate grounds and car parks and jet washing; perform security checks on all blocks to ensure unauthorized access is prevented, ensure all main entry doors are closed and secure, taking necessary actions to address any issues, perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and repairing door handles, painting small areas or patch repair walls, maintain the cleanliness of the main entries of each block on a daily basis, basic gardening etc. The right candidate for the role of course needs to have cleaning and grounds maintenance experience, basic handyman skills and love the outdoors! You MUST have an Electric Tow Truck license, be fit and active for this physically demanding role. Must be an excellent communicator who is able to report incidents, liaise with the team and Estate Manager, knowledgeable in relation to use of jet wash machinery and cleaning equipment and health and safety.
