An organised, friendly, team playing administrator is required to assist in preparing for events across the world
- Based in Guildford
- £11 - £13.30 per hour
- Paid Weekly
- 9-month temporary role
Job specification:
- Managing speaker submissions and speaker management i.e. reminding them about updates and contacting those that miss deadlines
- Helping to update websites and backend information
- Ensuring speaker information is updated
- Assisting with adding speakers and companies to our websites
- Helping communicate key event information with exhibitors and sponsors
- Assisting with orders
- Customer service
- Assisting the marketing managers with email creation and campaign
- Helping to ensure that company websites are kept up to date
Person specification:
- Friendly, keen, motivated team player who is happy to assist where needed
- Enjoys being in a busy environment, working to deadlines
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Proficient in using Word and Excel
- A creative person; design or website developments skills along with Adobe creative studio skills will be useful
- A marketing/events/creative graduate with strong administration and organisational skills will be considered

- Based in Guildford, this is a 9-month temporary contract
- £11 - £13.30
- Monday Friday 9-5pm
