My client is a large, complex public sector organisation in South Wales who are looking for a HR Advisor to join them for 3 months (possibility of extension) to assist with case work, absence management and providing advice and guidance to managers.
Your new role
Reporting into the Human Resources Business Partner you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Coaching and providing advice to managers
- Leading on employee relation case work
- Assist with absence management across the organisation
- Ensuring all information is up-to-date on the HR System
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a CIPD qualification or relevant experience in a HR setting. You will need to have experience leading on employee relation cases such as disciplinaries and grievances.
What you'll get in return
This is a 3-month position with the possibility of an extension, offering up to £15 per hour and a hybrid working model where you will be on-site 2/3 days per week.
