Installations Delivery Executive (Temporary Contract)
Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30pm
Rate of pay: £16.36 per hour
** ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETED YOU WILL WORK FROM HOME 2 DAYS EACH WEEK **
This is a temporary position, working for a period of up to 6-12 months, possibly longer
Do you have previous Administration/Customer Services experience and enjoy working in a busy environment?
As an Installations Administrator your duties will involve:
- You will mainly be responsible for ensuring the engineers slots have all been allocated by the service providers.
- Using Salesforce on a daily basis so you will ideally have working knowledge of this.
- Initially the role will involve producing lots of reports and working on Excel so Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential and the ability to work to deadlines.
- You may also eventually be liaising with Customers, keeping your contacts up to date on the process and escalating any issues that may arise.
- Also updating and completing lead-in reports for connected services.
- My client is looking for someone who is pro-active with great communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
