Temporary Live-In Housekeeper/Cook

Our client, with a large 6-bedroom residence in Virginia Water, is seeking a Temporary Live-in Housekeeper/Cook to assist with the smooth running of their busy family home. The role is to start from the 26th February 2024 until 28th March 2024. The family of three are moving to the South of France on the 9th March so would like the candidate to be able to travel with them to assist with the moving process.
Duties include:
All aspects of general housekeeping – cleaning, dusting, mopping, and hoovering
Laundry and ironing
Changing bed linen
Maintaining stocks of cleaning supplies
Grocery shopping
Daily cooking
Running errands
Wardrobe management/packing and unpacking
General house move assistance
Occasional pet assistance
Candidate requirements:
Professional and experienced
Valid Passport
Clean DBS
Confident family cook – able to follow recipes
Energetic, organised, and able to manage time effectively
Experience working with delicate fabrics
Comfortable working with pets
Start date: 26th February 2024
End date: 28th March 2024
Working days: 6-7 days a week
Working hours: Approximately 50 hours per week
