Sf Recruitment is currently recruiting for a TemporaryOffice Administrator for a fantastic family run business based in Sutton in Ashfield.
The role is temporey on going and may become permanent for the right candidate.

This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a team responsible for the checking of all entries, amendments and revisions to the client registers for accuracy, ensuring they have the relevant documentation attached.
You will also review all outbound correspondence, ensuring this meets our high standards from a customer service and quality perspective.
The successful applicant will have experience of working within a previous Engineering/Manufacturing business this is essential to be successful for this role.
Details for the Office Administrator position:
- Scanning
- Filing
- Filter emails received from customers
- Answer all general enquiry calls and passing calls onto the relevant person
- Collecting and distributing post within for all departments
- Covering reception by meeting and greeting Customers
- Taking notes in Team meetings and allocating the information gathered to the correct point of contact
- Other duties will include managing and ordering stationary for the business
Skills required:
- Excellent communicator
- Attention to detail
- A 'Can do' attitude
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Adaptable to change due to the working environment
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00AM - 5.00 pm
Hourly Rate: £11.00 per hour
