- To be responsible for the daily running of the office
- To manage all forms of communication while maintaining strict confidentiality. Where necessary, proof reading and editing to ensure communication is of a high standard
- Welcoming visitors - acting as first point of contact to all visitors. Provide advice and guidance to all visitors as necessary and direct to the appropriate staff members. Ensuring visitors/contractors have correct documentation to be on site where appropriate
- To monitor and undertake the monthly tasks stipulated in the annual strategic calendar
- Management of the daily finances oyster card, petty cash, first aid, stationary
- To undertake general office duties, distributing and dispatching post, photocopying, clerical work, and any other duties as required
Is this you?
- Proven experience in a similar position and/or within the Charity Sector is advantageous
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Can apply judgement in problem-solving
