Temporary Transport Administrator
I'm delighted to be recruiting for a temporary Transport Administrator to assist my Client based in Batley for a period of 8-10 weeks.
Duties:
- Data input/export.
- System management which will include but not exclusively related to transport systems eg tachograph & Podfather.
- To ensure all relevant paperwork is in place meeting legal requirements
- To undertake other duties as assigned such as project data collection and entry, communication with transport, couriers, suppliers, etc
- Coordination of 3 rd party contractors as required
- To deliver good levels of customer service
- To maintain good levels of communication with warehouse management teams & other internal stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Have good time management skills
- Have strong IT Skills including use of Microsoft excel & word
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
An hourly payrate from £11.00 - £13.00 will be offered dependent on experience
