Temporary Sales Administrator:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in maximising revenue from sales whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service.
Working Hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- On-site every day with flexibility to include evening and potential weekend dates.
Duties:
- Assist with Sales and Queries: handle day-to-day sales and customer enquiries in person and over the phone, including during event days.
- Process Ticketing and Hospitality Sales: Manage ticketing and hospitality-related sales across all channels within agreed timelines.
- Timely Product Dispatch: Ensure prompt dispatch of purchased products via post.
- Sales Platform Setup: Assist in setting up sales platforms.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide personalised service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Maximise Sales Opportunities: Understand customer requirements and engage proactively.
