Our client, a well-established retail organisation, is looking for a Temporary Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their team. Job Title:Temporary Sales & Marketing Administrator - Global Household Brand!
Hourly Rate: £13.50 an hour + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Pay
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 08.30pm - 4.30pm/ 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday - Work from home on a Friday!
Duration: Until September 2024
Location: East Leeds, LS15 with parking - Hybrid Working
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Sales team with exceptional administrative support for their New Product Development lines
- Setting up product forms in Excel, collating and chasing relevant information from internal teams to ensure the document is accurate.
- Work towards and manage own workload for target deadlines and the promotional calendar.
- Formatting, manipulating & populating Excel spreadsheets with relevant information to ensure it is user friendly.
- Tracking Excel documents by product names and SKUs and running formulas
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables is a must.
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise a changing workload.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience within analytics or digital marketing is desirable.
