Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Temporary Volunteer Coordinator – at Woodview House in Paignton.

The role of Volunteer Coordinator will include:
- Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality volunteer coordination service
- Ensuring volunteer input is effectively utilised to encourage our customers to maximise their own potential and level of independence
- Identify sources of funding and submit funding bids to support delivery of a high-quality volunteer program
- Developing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate administration services
- Recruiting, training, and developing volunteers and managing their performance through regular supervision
Skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in supporting victims of domestic abuse or a background gained in a supported living environment
- You will be empathetic and non-judgmental with good interpersonal and customer care skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative and react effectively under pressure
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel or similar
