This independent estate agency works within residential letting, holiday lettings and sales. They have a great culture where people are encouraged to have a laugh and pitch in to help each other.
Your role will involve overseeing the Administration of new tenancies and renewals. You will liaise with landlords and prepare the appropriate paper work. You will conduct end of tenancy inspections and help the sales team as and when required.
This role would suit a Tenancy Administrator who has experience using property management systems looking to join an independent estate agent that cares about their staff and invests in their progression.
The Role
* Overseeing Administration of new and repeat tenancy agreements
* Conducting end of tenancy inspections
* 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday
The Person
* Administration of Tenancies experience
* Experience using property management software
* UK Driving License
