Location: Reading (New regional office, likely to be in Enfield initially)
Salary: £28,000 approx
Bonus: Annual bonus based on performance
Are you ready to be a crucial part of a rapidly expanding property management team? We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Progressor to join our client as they launch their units in Reading in January 2024. Working directly for a developer on the client side, this is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a dynamic and growing business.
About: Our client is a rapidly expanding property development company with seasoned professionals such as the Head of Property Management, the Head of Lettings and Marketing, the Head of Development, and the Head of Finance. The Role: As a Tenancy Progressor, you will play a vital role in managing the tenancy process for their single-family rental units. Your responsibilities will include overseeing lettings administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. The biggest selling point? You work directly for the developer, making the process easier and quicker for both tenants and our team.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of lettings admin experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
