We have a dynamic Housing Options and Homelessness team and are looking to expand the team further. As a Tenancy Support and Sustainment Officer, you could be part of a team that makes such a difference and transforms lives, working for an organisation that is at the forefront of innovative thinking in the public sector.

About the role

We are seeking to recruit two Tenancy Support and Sustainment Officers with a responsibility to work with vulnerable people to relieve homelessness and to support them to move on to more suitable accommodation. This will be achieved by assisting and encouraging customers to meet their personalised housing plans and helping them to access support from a wide range of agencies.

What you will need

You should be a self-motivated person and be able to develop strategies to ensure you support customers to develop skills to manage tenancies whether that be in temporary accommodation, private sector or social housing. You should be creative and an excellent team player.
