You will work alongside people, helping them to fulfil their potential and be part of the community they live in, and feel connected to society.You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the issues facing those who are using our services are essential requirements for this role.
