Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:
Position: Tenancy Support Worker (Female only)
Location: Rochdale
Rate: £23,430 Annual Salary
Length: Permanent
Hours: 36 hours p/week Mon-Fri (Occasional Weekend Work)
The role will predominantly involve:
- Providing a high-quality supported accommodation service to women at risk of homelessness
- To assess needs of all clients and, in conjunction with them, devise a support plan to address and identify need
- To ensure initial triage contact of each client is undertaken within 48 hours of receiving a referral, and an initial assessment within 5 days
- To complete risk assessments, for a caseload of clients, incorporating safety planning, reviewing on a regular basis
- To provide transitional resettlement support to clients moving into independent accommodation
- To ensure the safeguarding of clients and their children
The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role to the above, an Enhanced DBS, Drive, and be able to start at short notice
