They run a variety of services that aim to give everyone the chance to be part of the community they live in. One of the services they have is working alongside local hospitals, offering a discharge service to those who are homeless. Your new roleYou will be a Tenancy Support Worker and will be responsible for providing housing and tenancy related support to single adults & families in Leamington & Statford Upon Avon. Aside from housing and tenancy issues, some of the people we work with have support needs around mental health, budgeting, benefits, drugs and alcohol misuse etc. You will also signpost and make referrals to specialist services and agencies where necessary. What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous experience of conducting housing management tasks within a supported housing environment, having a full range of knowledge to help provide support & guidance. You will also be required to be a driver due to the properties being dispersed. What you'll get in returnThis is an ongoing full-time vacancy that offers a competitive hourly rate, and you will also receive a mileage allowance for any driving that is required as part of the role.
