The job role:
- Working alongside a building firm who are converting/refurbing flats
- Dealing with the current tenants issues or concerns and dealing with them until conclusion
- Sit in on site meetings and understand the project
Ideal Skill Needed:
- Good I.T Skills
- Good commuication
- Knowledge of the building industry would be an added bonus
