Tenant Liaison Officer

I am currently recruiting for a water efficacy company who require,3 Tenant Liaison Officers based in the TR10 to TR27 postcodes to start ASAP.

Salary - £140 a day plus £40 a day expenses

ongoing contract, interview through a team's call with hiring manager.

Tenant Liaison Officer is the main point of contact for tenants and will manage queries and complaints in a timely manner. The Tenant Liaison Officer is responsible for carrying out pre-entry visits/surveys to ensure appointments convert to installations, maximising the efficiency of the installation team.Required skills.

Previous experience of providing high level customer service to members of the public. At least 1 year customer service experience. Ability to interact sensitively with others. Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information. Effective complaints handling skills. Pro-active, self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance. Ability to work alone and as part of a team to achieve common objectives. At least 1 year customer service experience. A driving license and access to your own vehicle. A clean DBS check, reed will conduct this .
