Tenant Liaison Officer

Rate: £17.00 per hour (PAYE £12.90/ph)
We are currently looking for Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team on HMS Dryad
The successful candidate for this role will assist with the smooth running of projects through building and maintaining strong relationships with our Customers, Sub Contractors, Client Representatives and colleagues. Your key responsibilities as a TLO are to ensure that the tenants are updated for all planned work, queries are dealt with in a timely manner and complaints are investigated and findings shared.
Being a key member of the management team, you must be proactive in communicating with colleagues to understand work requirements and then keeping the client and tenants up to date with work planned and work in progress. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator and have the ability to support vulnerable and or challenging customers. You will be required to enter customer's homes, collect personal information and liaise with them regularly throughout the program of works
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for job queries and ensure that they are actioned in a timely manner
- Establish good working relationships with clients, site teams and residents
- Carry out pre & post inspections of the properties
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, sub-contractors and local authorities to resolve customer concerns.
- You will be required to enter customer's homes, collect personal information and liaise with them regularly throughout the programme of works
- Managing time effectively to deliver a response to customer concerns
- Conduct regular surveys and collect feedback from residents to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up to date records of documentation, which will support the delivery of prompt, accurate and relevant information through written and verbal correspondence.
