The Tender Administrator will provide administration assistance to support tender submissions and general administrative support to the wider Development Team.The primary role of a Tender Administrator is to support the Business Development Manager to manage the tender submission process and to enable Certitude to submit tenders for new business on time and to a high standard.Duties will include:- Manage Opportunities email inbox, sifting and highlighting opportunities to the Business Development Manager- Collate clarifications for live tenders ensuring information is shared with relevant colleagues- Effectively administer tender submissions in response to contract opportunities, meeting all required deadlines- Administer tender meetings- Partner with internal colleagues to ensure information is supplied in a timely manner to meet agreed deadlines- Ensure the safe-keeping of personal or sensitive information received through the tender process, including TUPE information and information which is commercially sensitive to Certitude in line with GDPRAbout youTo be a Tender Administrator at Certitude, the following are essential:- Experience of Project Management- Ability to take the initiative to work through complex tasks- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy- Ability to flex, work effectively under pressure and manage a range of priorities- Able to work autonomously; you will be a highly motivated and emotionally resilient individualTo read more about the role and the full person specification, please click on the tab at the top of this advert, titled 'Job Description and Person Specification'.About the OrganisationWe have a passion for life and make it our mission to support people in living the life they desire, whatever that may be.
