Tender Enquiries Manager

Involve Recruitment are in search of a Tender Enquiries Manager / Coordinator on behalf of our client a Construction contractor. As a Tender Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the tender process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of bids. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be key in managing tender documents and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Duties:

• Manage the end-to-end tender process from initial request to final submission
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bids
• Review and analyze tender documents to understand requirements and deadlines
• Prepare and submit accurate and compelling bids within specified timelines
• Maintain a database of tender documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance bid quality and competitiveness

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tender management or a related field
• Strong data entry skills for accurately inputting bid information
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset to assess tender requirements and make strategic decisions
• Experience working in a commercial or admin role within a construction contractor (essential)
• Excellent phone etiquette for clear communication with stakeholders
