LV / HV Tendering Engineer

About the Role
As a Tendering Engineer, you'll handle a portfolio of High-voltage Projects and contribute to larger, electrically focused tenders. Your key duties will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely and accurate tender submissions
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Providing technical advice and attending client meetings
- Managing project change control and raising necessary quotations
- You will work within a team adhering to ISO 9001 standards,
- Assist both Project and Tendering Manager
- Represent the company professionally and effectively to all stakeholders
- Prioritise and submit all tenders within agreed timeframes
- Proactively manage risks during the tendering process
- Meet individual tendering and yearly sales targets
- Maintain project documentation and supported overall sales goals
- Commit to Continual Professional Development (CPD)
Essential:
- Strong ambition and drive to succeed
- Experience in a fast-paced utility/construction/services engineering sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of tendering construction projects within MEICA/Utility Technical Construction Environment &/or T&D networks
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in technical sales, engineering, construction, and/or management, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Construction, Design & Management Regulations 2015
- Experience in design development
- Competence with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project

- Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with up to 3 extra days for long service & Option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per year
