This dynamic role involves managing tactical teams to execute sales and marketing strategies. Effective leadership will ensure staff suitability and coverage through coaching, training and rapport building with key retail stores in the Midlands territory. Our ideal candidate would be based in Birmingham or Leicester and must hold an valid UK driving licence
Your Employee package:
- £26,000 per annum + 10% performance bonus

- Full time, 12 month contract (working 5 out of 7 days per week)
Your Role:
- Oversee field staff to meet sales targets, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, aiding field staff and brand activities.
- Assist with recruitment and staff database management .
- Conduct group training sessions on product knowledge, sales skills, and company processes.
- Support client account teams in campaign delivery.
