Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a TERRITORY MANAGERto join their International Sales Team. They have a great benefits package and are offering hybrid working.

- Salary
- £49,300 per annum
Bonus potential up to 8% of salary
Car Allowance: £7,800 per annum
- Hybrid working

A SNAPSHOT OF THE TERRITORY MANAGER'S DAY...
Reporting in to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will work in the International Sales Team to help maintain and deliver excellence in sales relationships and performance, key duties will include -
- Develop and maintain assigned territory sales programmes, improving and maintaining customer relationships and communications about pricing and new products - remotely and in person.
- Ensure customer service continual improvement activities are implemented
- Be a technical expert on products and be a key interface with customers, Engineering and Production to develop products that meet customer's current and future needs.
- Review and monitor key competitor’s activities, compiling and communicating accurate data
- Attend trade shows, promoting our business and brands and developing networks, and relationships.
- Support the Sales And Marketing Director in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the current customer base and grow its global position.
- Providing reporting data on performance by customer, sector and territory on strategies, success, identifying risk, opportunity and improvement recommendations for improvements.
- Proactively contribute to delivering and communicating the Sales And Marketing Plan. Support marketing and sales goals in determining current customer needs and future opportunities, develop and implement initiatives, strategies and programmes.
- 50/50 split of developing new business and maintenance of existing business
Does this sound like a good fit for you?
- Previous experience of delivering sales strategies in Europe/America as well as within the UK
- Key account management and developing existing business
- Experience of writing detailed quotations, contract negotiation and management
- Experience of competitor analysis, identifying trends and implementing strategic sales plans
- Technical experience of electronics, specifically electronic filters and RF is essential
